1. Nature of Digital Products

Golden Lotus sells digital design files, including but not limited to:

STL files

CAD files

3DM / OBJ / ZBrush / Matrix files

Jewellery design digital assets

These are digital downloads only. No physical product will be shipped.

2. License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the digital files for:

✅ Commercial use for finished jewellery products only

❌ You may NOT:

Resell, share, gift, sublicense, or redistribute the digital files

Upload files to any marketplace, cloud, or sharing platform

Modify and resell the files as digital products

Claim the designs as your own intellectual property

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital files, designs, images, and content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Golden Lotus.

Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership—only a usage license.

Legal action may be taken in case of copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution.

4. File Delivery

Digital files are delivered via download link, email, or user account

Ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout

Download access may be time-limited for security reasons

Golden Lotus is not responsible for:

Failed downloads due to user internet issues

Loss of files after download

We strongly recommend backing up your files.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Digital Files)

Due to the nature of digital products:

🚫 NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES once files are downloaded or delivered.

Exceptions may be considered only if:

The file is corrupted

The wrong file was delivered

Golden Lotus does not store sensitive payment details.

Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Golden Lotus shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits or business

Manufacturing defects or failures

Software or hardware incompatibility

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the digital file.
