Thank you for purchasing digital products from Golden Lotus.

Due to the nature of digital files (including STL, CAD, 3DM, OBJ, ZBrush, Matrix, and other downloadable formats), all sales are final once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

No Refunds / No Returns

🚫 Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available for digital products after delivery or download, as digital files cannot be returned.

Limited Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be considered only if:

The delivered file is corrupted or unreadable

An incorrect file was delivered

Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of purchase by contacting:

Golden Lotus may verify the issue before approving any refund or replacement.

Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for:

Reviewing product descriptions and file formats

Ensuring compatibility with their software, machines, and production methods

Golden Lotus is not responsible for incompatibility with specific CAD software, 3D printers, CNC machines, or casting processes.

Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines.

Policy Updates

Golden Lotus reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
